Mingu Kang, Sujan Gonugondla, and Ameya Patil from Illinois (SONIC Faculty Advisor – Naresh Shanbhag) for their work entitled “Compute Memory: An Energy-efficient Deep In-memory Computing Architecture” and “Programmable Compute Memory: A Deep In-memory Instruction-set Architecture.”
